OPINION OF
THE COURT.
This is an application for an injunction to prevent the construction of a draw-briuge over the Cuya-hoga river, by the defendants, on the ground that it will obstruct the navigation of the river, and will be injurious to the real property of the complainant in the vicinity of the bridge.
