MEMORANDUM OPINION

Plaintiff Cassandra Payne (“Plaintiff’), an employee of the Department of the Interior, commenced this action against Defendant Ken Salazar 1 in his official capacity as Secretary of the Department of the Interior (“Defendant”), alleging two claims of retaliation in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq.
