MEMORANDUM OPINION

Now before the Court are the motions of movants Ernest B. Haire [901] and National Gold Exchange, Mark Yaffe, and Alan Yaffe [896] for an order holding the defendant, Paul A. Bilzerian, and those acting in concert with him in civil contempt for failure to comply with the Court’s order on July 19, 2001, prohibiting Bilzerian from commencing any proceeding in any court without permission of this Court.
