WALDMAN, District Judge.
Presently before the Court are plaintiff’s motion to amend her complaint adding three new defendants, one of which is non-diverse, and plaintiff’s motion to remand the ease back to state court.
I. Background
Plaintiff’s husband, Albert Carter, Jr., was fatally injured while operating an automobile “lift” allegedly manufactured by defendant Dover Corporation, Rotary Lift Division (“Dover”).
