On January 7,1907, “William Olhaber, while at work as a section hand for appellant, was struck by a moving freight ear of appellant, knocked down, run over and killed. He left a widow and four small children who were supported by him. The administrator of his estate brought this suit against appellant to recover damages for the pecuniary injuries resulting to the widow and next of kin from his death.
