Appellant E. H. Page has appealed from an order overruling his plea of privilege to be sued in Webb county, his domicile; and appellant Metropolitan Casualty Company of New York, a foreign corporation with its Texas principal place of business at Dallas, from an order overruling its plea of privilege to be sued there. The suit was filed by J. W. Schlortt as the father and next friend of appellee R. E.
