On April 17, 1912, John McGillen filed in the superior court of Cook county his petition, sworn to and supported by affidavits of two other persons, for a rule on the appellants, John McWeeney, John E. Owens, Anthony Czarnecki, Michael Zimmer and Herman F: Schuettler, to show cause why they should not be attached for contempt of court in violating an injunction granted by a judge of said court in a suit in which John McGillen was complainant and McWeeney, Czarnecki, Zimmer and others were defendants, enjoining the defendants from interfering,with the possession, occupancy, enjoyment and…
