This is an appeal upon questions of law from a judgment of the Court of Common Pleas of Clinton County affirming a judgment of the Municipal Court of Wilmington, Ohio.

The ease at bar was twice before the trial court.

Originally, plaintiff, The Chillicothe Hospital, appellant herein, filed a petition in the short form seeking to recover from defendant, Florence Garrett, appellee herein, $1,766.19 on an account for services rendered to her mother, Anna West.
