¶ 1 This appeal arises from the divorce proceedings of RespondenVAppellant Lee Johnson (Husband) and Petitioner/Appellee Patricia Johnson (Wife). Husband appeals the parties’ divorce decree filed in March 2014. Husband’s primary argument on appeal is that although the trial court “has jurisdiction of the dissolution action pursuant to 43 O.S. 102(B)”-—which provides that “[a]ny person who has been a resident of any United States army post or military reservation within the State of Oklahoma, for six (6) months immediately preceding the filing of the petition, may ,..…
