Plaintiff Dora Morris (“plaintiff’) brings this employment discrimination action against her former employer, David Lerner Associates (“DLA”), and David Lerner (“Lerner”), DLA’s President and plaintiffs supervisor throughout her tenure at DLA. Plaintiff alleges that DLA and Lerner discriminated against her because of her gender by paying her less than similarly situated male coworkers and by subjecting her to a hostile work environment.
