Debtors in the above-captioned case filed a Chapter 11 petition on June 1, 1993. Mov-ant, First American Bank of Georgia (“First American Bank”) filed an Emergency Motion for Relief from Stay alleging that Debtors’ Chapter 11 filings were in bad faith and that, under applicable authorities, relief from the automatic stay should be granted to allow Movant to enforce its foreclosure rights granted under state law.
