Employer appeals an order of the Workers’ Compensation Board affirming the decision of the referee which awarded benefits to claimant for injuries received while working on a construction project in Washington. There are three assignments of error. Employer contends the Oregon Workers’ Compensation Act has no application to an injury received in Washington. Secondly, it is argued that if the Oregon Act applies, claimant did not sustain a new injury.
