OPINION

{¶ 1} Plaintiff-appellant, the state of Ohio, appeals a decision from the Clermont County Court of Common Pleas granting a motion to suppress in favor of defendant-appellees, Joseph and Robin Boland. We reverse the decision of the trial court.

{¶ 2} On October 25, 2005, Agent John Pryor of the Miami Township Police Department was requested to accompany caseworkers from Clermont County Children's Services to investigate a complaint of narcotics activity occurring at appellees' residence in Amelia.
