GEER, Judge.

Defendant Rodney Eugene Turner appeals his conviction for possession of cocaine with intent to sell and deliver, arguing that the evidence was insufficient to support the charge and the trial court should have granted his motion to dismiss. While we hold that the evidence was sufficient for a jury to find that defendant was in constructive possession of crack cocaine, we further hold that the evidence was insufficient to establish an intent to sell and deliver.
