Plaintiff-appellant Sonya Almendral appeals from an order of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, John E. Sprizzo, Judge, granting defendants judgment on plaintiff’s federal claims, and dismissing plaintiff’s pendent state law claims. 568 F.Supp. 571 (S.D.N.Y.1983).
