Before the Court is Defendants The Hartford Financial Services Group, Inc. (“Hartford”) and Twin City Fire Insurance Company’s (“Twin City”) 1 motion to dismiss for lack of subject matter jurisdiction and for failure to state a claim filed on April 15, 2009. (D.E. # 23.) Plaintiff Alvord Investments, LLC (“Alvord”) filed its response in opposition on May 15, 2009. (D.E. # 25.)
