These are applications for writs of mandamus to require Judge Thomsen. *515•one of the District Judges of the District •of Maryland, to accept jurisdiction in two suits in admiralty transferred to that •district from the Southern District of New York and to grant to libellants such relief as may be proper in said suits. The suits were instituted in the Southern District of New York, to recover on account of the failure of the S. S. Karachi to deliver cargo.
