Thomas J. Swigart (Claimant) petitions this Court for review of the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board’s (Board) March 9, 2015 order affirming the Workers’ Compensation Judge’s (WCJ) decision denying Claimant’s claim petition (Claim Petition).
