Before the Court is an “Objection to Exemptions”, filed by the Chapter 7 trustee, Gary M. Weiner (the “Trustee”). The Trustee challenges the homestead exemption claimed by the debtor, Jacqueline M. Sullivan (“the Debtor”), in a condominium unit located at 80 Regency Park Drive, Agawam, Massachusetts (the “Agawam Condo”).
