Before the Court is a "Motion to Avoid Judicial Liens Under 11 U.S.C. § 522(f)(1)(A)" (the "Motion") filed by Richard M. Shove and Kathleen E. Shove, the debtors in this Chapter 7 bankruptcy case (the "Debtors"). The Debtors move to avoid the judicial lien held by Jose Hernandez ("Hernandez") against the Debtors' interest in real property located at 5 Crystal Street in Lenox, Massachusetts (the "Property").
