Defendants appeal from a jury verdict awarding damages in the amount of $9,000 to plaintiff on account of defendants’ violation of a restrictive covenant in a lease between the parties. We affirm.

Plaintiff operates a Tuff-Kote automotive rustproofing business at One Washington. Street, Middlebury, Vermont; plaintiff also sells automotive accessories. The property on which the business is located consists of two buildings, one fronting on the street and the other set a short way back.
