1Per curiam

¶ 1. We review the report and recommendation of the referee, James W. Mohr, Jr., finding that Attorney Arik J. Guenther violated the supreme court rules of professional conduct for attorneys and recommending that Attorney Guenther's license to practice law in Wisconsin be suspended for a minimum of 60 days and that he be required to pay the costs of this proceeding.
