1Per curiam

¶ 1. We review the report of the referee, Jonathan V. Goodman, recommending that the Office of Lawyer Regulation (OLR) be granted a default judgment, that Attorney Arik J. Guenther's license to practice law in Wisconsin be suspended for 90 days, that this court impose certain conditions on Attorney Guenther's reinstatement, and that Attorney Guenther be ordered to pay the costs of this disciplinary proceeding.
