The instant action is a dispute between two insurance companies who seek to clarify their respective liabilities with regard to a mutually insured third party, in which Plaintiff seeks: 1) a declaration of Defendant’s duty to defend under an insurance policy issued by Defendant to G & B Specialities, Inc.
