MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

This case comes before the Court on a motion for a preliminary injunction filed by Plaintiff Harlem Algonquin LLC (“Plaintiff’) against Defendant Canadian Funding Corporation (“Defendant”). Plaintiff requests a preliminary injunction ordering Defendant to fund a loan financing Plaintiffs purchase of real property. For the reasons stated below, Plaintiffs motion is denied.
