OPINION OF THE COURT
DeFORD, Judge:
The appellant contrary to his pleas, was convicted of multiple charges of conspiracy to commit larceny, larceny, forgery, presenting false claims and solicitation to commit larceny in violation of Articles 81, 121, 123, 132 and 134, respectively, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) (10 U.S.C. §§ 881, 921, 923, 932 and 934). He received an approved sentence, that included a bad-conduct discharge, confinement at hard labor for three years, forfeiture of all pay and allowances, and reduction to the lowest enlisted grade.
