Jeannine Morrow appeals pro se from several orders entered by the Bibb County Superior Court in these two companion cases. For reasons which follow, we affirm in part and reverse in part.

Morrow is one of 11 beneficiaries to a trust formed by Mabel Anderson Coggin, who died May 31, 1990. The record reveals that in her will, Coggin bequeathed to the Vineville United Methodist Church Foundation (“the Church”) a sum equal to ten percent of her gross estate as finally determined for federal estate tax purposes.
