Diane Griffin and Paul E. Wallace, Jr., appeal the trial court’s order denying their petition to enforce a settlement agreement they allege was reached with appellee Trudy Wallace, the widow of their late father. “On a motion to enforce a settlement agreement, we construe the evidence to uphold the trial court’s judgment.
