Appeal from the District Court of the United States for the eastern District of Virginia, at Norfolk; Edmund Waddill, Jr., Judge. Suit in admiralty by the Strathleven Steamship Company, Limited, owner of the steamship Strathleven, against William Baulch. Decree for respondent, and libelant appeals.

The material facts are stated in the opinion of this court in the kindred case of The Strathleven, 213 Fed. 975, 130 C. C. A. 381. They appear in greater detail in the opinion of the District Court in that case, under the title of The Margaret J. Sanford (D. C.) 203 Fed. 331. The latter court found that the steamer Strath-leven was solely at fault for the collision with a loaded scow which the tug Margaret J.
