MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
TORRES, District Judge.
These cases are before the Court for consideration of appeals from two orders of the Bankruptcy Court. 1 The first order, dated November 3, 1992, enjoined appellants Richards, Kaufman, and Rochman from suing the appellees for their activities in obtaining approval of a Plan of Reorganization for Public Service Company of New Hampshire (“PSNH”). The second order, dated January 22, 1993, adjudged appellants Richards and Mascioni in contempt for violating the first order by commencing a class action suit against appellees in the United States District…
