Appellant P.J. Perrino, Jr., Trustee of the Consolidated Estates (“Trustee”) of Mainely Payroll, Inc. (“MPI”), Clifford Levesque (“Levesque”), and Dorothy Levesque, pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 158(c), appeals from the United States Bankruptcy Court’s (“Bankruptcy Court”) Memorandum of Decision (“Decision”) (Record E), rendered on May 4, 1999.
