Plaintiffs, Westrec Marina Management, Inc., and Westrec Properties, are marina managers; defendants, Jardine Insurance Brokers Orange County, Inc., Jardine Insurance Brokers, Inc., Jardine Insurance Brokers Los Angeles, Inc., and Edward Gottlieb, are insurance brokers.
