MEMORANDUM OPINION
ARTHUR B. FEDERMAN, Chief Judge.
The Chapter 7 trustee objected to debt- or Trannie Marie Williams’ claim of exemption for a potential personal injury lawsuit for that portion of the claim that relates to lost wages and medical expenses. Ms. Williams responded that any recovery from the potential lawsuit is exempt because the claim is unliquidated and unassignable at this time. This is a core proceeding under 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2)(B) over which the Court has jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1334(b), 157(a), and 157(b)(1).
