HAMITER, Justice.
In this action, instituted on April 26, 1946, Mrs. Louise Manion Schneider seeks a judgment against her husband, Claude W. Schneider, decreeing a separation from bed and board between them, granting to •her the permanent care, custody and control of their three minor children, and awarding alimony for the support of herself and the children.
