OPINION

SCHUMACHER, Judge.

This appeal is from a judgment entered by the trial court granting summary judgment in favor of respondents and dismissing appellants’ complaint with prejudice.

FACTS

In February 1985, appellants Richard W. Graupmann and Mavis D. Graupmann (the Graupmanns) brought an action in Henne- pin County for personal injuries Mr. Graup-mann sustained when he was run over by a rental truck he was operating.
