KANNE, Circuit Judge.

Matthew LaGrone attacks his conviction of possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine in excess of five grams. He bases his attack on the ground that the court erroneously admitted certain incriminating evidence.

In late 1992, members of the Fort Wayne Police Department’s Vice and Narcotics Division arrested LaGrone, pursuant to a warrant, in his grocery store, Matt’s Market. Because the officers had received information that LaGrone might be armed, they entered the store with weapons drawn. Two members of the raid team wore skimasks to protect their identities…
