OPINION
NYE, Chief Justice.
Appellant, Mickey Dean Garcia, was charged in three separate indictments with two counts of aggravated sexual assault and one count of indecency with a child. The jury found him guilty of indecency with a child and of one count of aggravated sexual assault. He was found not guilty on the remaining count. On the aggravated sexual assault charge, the jury assessed as punishment a fine of $1,000.00 and twenty years’ confinement in the Texas Department of Corrections.
