Before BARNES, WRIGHT and WALLACE, Circuit Judges. WALLACE, Circuit Judge:

On November 30, 1973, officers of the Los Angeles Police Department closed the net on a major narcotics transaction. Based upon informer tips, independent investigation and surveillance of suspects, the police believed that Marshall was a heroin dealer who made deliveries to customers from other cities through a female, Harris, who lived with him.
