MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
ASPEN, District Judge:
Plaintiffs in this case, trustees of the Central States, Southeast and Southwest Areas Pension Fund (“the Trustees”) have brought suit to satisfy a judgment obtained against Iredale Storage and Moving Company (“Iredale”), for failure to make monthly health and welfare contributions as required by a collective bargaining agreement and multi-employer plan under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, 29 U.S.C. § 1001 et seq.
