Cesar Dario Devis appeals his conviction of one count of murder along with four counts of aggravated assault. Appellant raises four points of error: 1) that the trial court erred during voir dire by commenting on the weight of the evidence; 2) that the trial court erred in failing to remove defendant from the courtroom when defendant’s attorney absented himself from a pre-trial hearing; 3) that the trial court erred in allowing the state to display weapons not in evidence without a limiting instruction; and 4) that defendant’s trial counsel rendered…
