David Wayne Hatfield pled guilty to possession with intent to distribute marijuana in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) and (b)(1)(D), and 18 U.S.C. § 2, and of maintaining a place for the purpose of manufacturing, distributing, and using methamphetamine and marijuana in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 856(a)(1) and 856(a)(2), and 18 U.S.C. § 2. He was sentenced by the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma to imprisonment for thirty-six months.
