FINDINGS OF FACT, CONCLUSIONS OF LAW and ORDER

DONALD RUSSELL, District Judge.

This is a suit for specific performance of an alleged contract of sale covering approximately eighty-three (83) acres of land located at Lincolnville, near Summerville, South Carolina.

The complaint is in the usual form.
