Defendant, William H. Frank, appeals the trial court’s denial of his Crim.P. 35(c) motion in which he sought to vacate his felony conviction, based upon a guilty plea, for selling cocaine. We affirm.

Defendant was arrested in Longmont, Colorado, on July 23, 1993, and charged with possession of marihuana with intent to sell and multiple sales of 28 grams or more of cocaine. Approximately $5,400 in cash was discovered during a search of defendant’s car. Defendant pled guilty to one charge of sale of cocaine. In return for that plea, all other charges were dropped.
