This adversary proceeding came on for trial on September 5, 2000, on the Complaint to Determine Dischargeability of Debt (Doc. No. 1) (the “Complaint”), filed by Plaintiff, Conseco (“Conseco”), f/k/a Green Tree Financial Services (“Green Tree”) against the Debtor/Defendant, Thomas Howard (“Howard”).
