Petitioner, Senly Sugiarto, a practicing Christian of Indonesian nationality, seeks review of a decision by the Board of Immigration Appeals (“BIA”) affirming the de nial by the Immigration Judge (“IJ”) of her applications for asylum, withholding of removal under § 241(b)(3) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (“INA”), and relief under the Convention Against Torture (“CAT”).
