Appeal from an order of the Court of Claims (Collins, J.), entered March 23, 1998, which, inter alia, denied the State’s motion to dismiss the claim.
Claimants are Environmental Conservation Officers (hereinafter ECOs), Environmental Conservation Investigators (hereinafter ECIs) and Forest Rangers (hereinafter Rangers) employed by the Department of Environmental Conservation.
