THIS CAUSE comes before the Court on Plaintiff, United States of America’s (“Plaintiff[’s]” or “United States[’]”) Renewed Motion for Summary Judgment (“Motion”) [ECF No. 35], filed on July 15, 2011. On July 28, 2011, Defendant, Daniel F. Iwanski, filed his Response [ECF No. 36] to Plaintiffs Motion.
