This cause comes on a writ of error to the circuit court of Whiteside county to reverse the decree of that court dismissing the bill filed by Mary A. McCune, one of the plaintiffs in error, to set aside the will of Chauncey W. Reynolds, deceased. The bill as amended charges undue influence on the part of the testator’s three sons and want of testamentary capacity on the part of the testator, and makes Walter D. Reynolds, Raymond A.
