The defendant was convicted on three counts of an information charging the crime of rape. The sufficiency of the evidence to sustain the verdict is not questioned. In fact, it could not be, for, as defendant in the court below, appellant voluntarily took the stand and admitted, without equivocation, the commission of each of the acts charged.
