This is an action by H. J. Hagerman and Anna O. Hagerman, as executors of the estate of J. J. Hagerman, deceased, against the Town of Hagerman, for. the recovery of $2,250, alleged to be due on account of rent of two artesian wells under a contract entered into between J. J. Hagerman, in his lifetime, and the town of Hagerman. Suit was brought in the district court of Chaves county by the plaintiffs, issue joined, trial by jury was had, and at the conclusion of the evidence, the court below instructed the jury to find the issues for the defendant and judgment was entered…
